Beautiful Old Nice location

Beautiful spacious room with kitchen and bedroom loft. It was very quiet, beds were very comfortable and the location was right in the middle of Old Town Nice. Uber dropped us off right near the hotel from the airport, so no problem with the luggage. Hotel has an elevator as well.

No negative issues or really even any constructive criticism. All good.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and the BEST location!

Hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to stay in the center of old Nice. Lots of cafes and restaurants, plazas, and stores nearby. Everything was walkable, and getting to tram and train stations was quite easy. Hotel staff called taxis when we needed, but we also found Uber to be convenient. We felt safe in the area, but didn't stay out till the wee hours. The Suites w/ Mezzanine are spacious for European standards, and though we did not use the kitchenette and laundry much, it was nice to have the option in the suite. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our hotel selection.

We booked 3 suites for 7 people. We split the party up into 2, 2, 3... and the suite they put the 3 people in happened to be the smallest and we didn't realize that until well into our weeklong stay. At checkin they said all 3 rooms were exactly the same so we didn't bother to compare for ourselves. We should have checked. The room we stayed in with 3 guests had bathroom light issues. For 2 nights, we'd only notice late at night that the light couldn't be switched off. The desk clerk came up the first night, and did all the trouble shooting... to no avail. He said sorry, and that he'd put a request in for a technician the next day. We slept with the bathroom lights on, which was not a restful sleep. That evening, we thought the light worked, but then again late at night we had the same problem. The same desk clerk came up at midnight to check and ended up pulling the light bulbs out to turn the lights off. Then we had to wake up at 6:30am for them to come back and put the bulbs back in so we can have light the next morning... That night we asked again for a technician to fix the issue, and we aren't really sure if one was called but the light worked that night thankfully. The whole light issue was really annoying, mostly because it shouldn't have taken 2 days to get a resolution. Though the rooms are great size for European standards, the loft area is better for kids than for taller adults. But it's one of the few options to accommodate 3-4 people in one room, so that was quite convenient. The bathroom vanity area needs more light.

Great value for money, great location, nice room!

The room was very spacious, and seemed quite clean! Great location, walking distance to the city centre. The apartment overlooks the Palais de Justice square, which means it can get quite loud at night if the windows are open (which we didn't mind at all), but when you close the windows it blocks out the noise completely. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything... amazing location, beautiful apartment, greeted by friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Complimentary drinking water. We left a makeup bag behind but they contacted us and organised an online courier service.

Close to everything in downtown Nice. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Loved our suite!

No complaints at all! Only down side was our room overlooked a courtyard under renovation. Not the best view - but we were not in the room long enough to notice.

Comfortable quaint stay in the heart of Old Nice

The staff were the best! They were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There’s no road access to the property, which made luggage unloading and loading a bit difficult since we drove, but the main road isn’t too far away - the staff helped us with finding an appropriate pick up drop off point.

Would stay here again- the size of the rooms and location is great!

Close to everything- restaurants, beach, train, etc. The size of the room was perfect for giving our son his space - which is rare in Europe.

The noise outside from the bar patrons was manageable if windows closed. We were warm and opened them- had to close them to sleep.

Fantastic stay in a modern, clean and well located apartment / hotel.

Fantastic location in the old town near to the beach and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is modern and spotless with the daily cleaning service a welcome touch during a long trip.

The mezzanine was a little bothersome given its low ceiling and constant need to walk hunched over.
